At Arabcar24, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your options if you need to cancel or modify your car rental booking.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
You can cancel your booking before the scheduled pickup time. The following rules apply:

2. Modification of Booking

You can modify your booking (date, time, or vehicle type) at least 24 hours before pickup, subject to availability.

3. Cancellation by Arabcar24 or Rental Provider

In rare cases, we or our rental partners may cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, maintenance issues, or legal restrictions).

In such cases, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose an alternative vehicle if available.
4. No-Shows

If you do not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show.
